SMS notifications are currently in development and not yet available to InquiryPilot customers. The policy below describes how the feature will work once released. No SMS messages are being sent at this time.
SMS Notifications
Once available, InquiryPilot will provide automated SMS notifications to business owners regarding customer inquiries submitted through their website.
Consent
Business owners must provide their phone number and explicitly consent to receive SMS notifications during the onboarding process before any messages are sent.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on customer inquiry activity.
Message and Data Rates
Message and data rates may apply according to the recipient's mobile carrier plan.
Opt-Out
Recipients may reply STOP at any time to stop receiving SMS messages.
Help
Recipients may reply HELP for assistance.
Purpose of Messages
Messages contain customer inquiry information and service request details submitted through the business owner's website. These messages are informational and transactional in nature and are not promotional or marketing messages.
